Site Club Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Your membership to Site Club is on a monthly basis and will continue until you cancel your membership or we are unable to collect payment from you. Membership starts at $100CAD per month and will vary depending on any additional integrations selected; Membership includes a complimentary 5 minutes of content edits per month - should you require additional time or customizations we offer edits on a sliding scale of time.
Your membership will be automatically renewed each month and your card will be charged the applicable membership fee. Your monthly fee covers the cost of membership which includes site hosting and up to 5 collective minutes of complimentary content editing / site maintenance.
2. You are responsible for providing us with accurate and updated payment information. If your payment method fails or is declined, we will attempt to contact you in order to update your payment information. If we are unable to acquire an updated payment method within 14 days, your membership will be cancelled and your site will be unpublished.
3. Cancelling or pausing your membership can be done at any time by contacting us at info@siteclub.online - If you cancel your membership, your membership will be set to end at the time of your next renewal; your site will be unpublished at the date of the end of your membership. We will hold on to the design of your site for you should you decide to rejoin Site Club.
Cancelled memberships that are renewed will be required to reinstate at whatever the current monthly Site Club Membership price is at that time. Pausing your membership can be done at a $20CAD per month pause fee to maintain and grandfather your pricing plan at its existing price point.
4. You are charged a membership implementation fee of $825CAD in order to start and retain your membership and website with Site Club.
Implementation fees are a retainer fee and therefore non-refundable. Any additional integrations to your site such as booking systems, online shop, membership areas etc will be subject to additional implentation fees that will be invoiced at a later date and must be settled prior to the launch of your site.
5. There is no minimum membership time commitment required in order to be a part of Site Club. Membership and monthly membership fees start at the date of the launch of your site. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time by notifying our team via email at info@siteclub.online
6. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time at our discretion. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such change constitutes your agreement to the new terms and conditions.
7. Site Club retains ownership of all Site Club sites and designs. Site Club websites are non-transferrable. Should you decide to terminate or pause your membership with Site Club, your site and its design will be held by Site Club and will be ready for you to go live once again should you choose to return to being a Site Club member.
